Co-Q10 is the best supplement out there if you are sufering from heart problem. As we age we dont produce that much CoQ10 anymore. Co-Q10 can wake-up our cells.
I have seen this on Dr. OZ. Omega-3 really works!
Also on Oprah. Doctors do not recommend you this supplement because they will lose their prescription commission from the drug manufacture if they dont prescribe you DRUGS.
